Bio

Cylvia Hayes is a Unity Minister, writer, speaker and teacher in the areas of spirituality, personal development, environment, climate change, and economic system change. Her mission is to help heal separation consciousness so that humanity can develop an ecological mindset and all Creation can thrive. She is founder and CEO of 3EStrategies, and The ReThink ministry. She is also the former First Lady of Oregon and an award-winning environmental and anti-poverty activist. Cylvia currently serves as Associate Minister of Unity Community of Central Oregon and is an elected member of the Unity Worldwide Ministries Earth Care Core Team. She is certified in Advanced Metaphysics by Unity Worldwide Ministries. She is author and publisher of TRANSCEND, for people who want raised consciousness, economic system change, and a world that works better for all beings and author of, When Life Blows Up: A Guide to Peace, Power and Reinvention. Cylvia has had many pieces published in Unity booklets and led development of the new 12 Powers for the Planet online curriculum through UWM. She is certified in Strategic Intervention and Empowerment coaching through the Tony Robbins – Chloe Madanes Institute.
