What is Next Generation of Unity?
Next Generation of Unity (NGU) is a national program designed for young adults in Unity aged 18-40. It is also an independent Unity ministry under the same name. This program operates within the Northwest Region with its own regional leadership and as an affiliated group of the national ministry.
What is NGU's purpose within our Ministries?
- Offering resources, events, and peer focused community to adults within Unity under 40.
- Supporting the graduates of our regional and national high-school age program Youth of Unity (Y.O.U.) in their new journey into adult life, and into our congregations
- Intentionally supporting young adults finding Unity (or other New Thought organizations) as a new spiritual home, or those returning to it.
- Providing Unity teachings, classes, and credentialing for young adults by credentialed young adults.
- Peer focused leadership opportunities - giving members of NGU a voice and the means to make what serves them.
- Growing the future of the Unity Movement.
Unity NW Regions seeks to serve this purpose locally here in our region, within our ministries, and through its connection to the greater NGU community nation-wide.
