Your NW Regional Board wishes you a new year that is filled with new possibilities, renewed energy, and deep spiritual peace.
Rev. Carrie Kenyon has completed the Spirit Group training and is starting with the smaller churches who don't have spiritual leaders to see if she can get Spirit Programs going as they can be a great avenue for growth, and at least serve to connect members beyond Sunday morning.
Also, we are beginning a new section of Shareable ideas. At the retreat, we went around and shared some ideas that were working. But given the time limitations, we weren't able to share all the ideas. If you have a good, replicable idea, this newsletter is a place you can share it.

Unity Spiritual Community of Central Oregon offers a monthly potluck newcomers' dinner. This is held at the home of the minister or one of our key leaders and is open to people who have just started coming to Unity. It's a way for people to start making a few friends and learn a little bit about how to get involved. We always go around the table and talk about our spiritual journeys as well as what's current in our lives. We put the invitation out in our newsletter and announce it on Sundays and people register online. Hint: Inviting newcomers personally has turned out to be the best way to fill the table. We also include people who have been around for awhile when seats are available.

When finishing 5th grade your last year at Kids camp is important for you. Kids Camp, also at Cedar Ridge is June 30-July 3.
