Chris Castaldi – Uniteen Consultant

The Northwest Uniteen Consultant serves all ministries in the NW Region with training and support for tweens & early teens, in 6th-8th grade. The Uniteen Consultant also coordinates, develops & directs the Fall UNITREAT weekend and the 6-day Summer UNITREAT experience. 

I have been a member of the Northwest Unity Community for 30+ years, participating in many Unity classes and book studies. I am an educator, facilitator, trainer and consultant who focuses on trust culture, experiential education, multigenerational integration, and body/mind/Spirit integration.

Since 1990, my work with Unity has focused on youth education and curriculum creation for the Northwest region. I have served as Youth Educator, Youth Ed Director, Uniteen and YOU sponsor, Uniteen Consultant and Event Coordinator, Teacher Trainer and NW Regional Multigenerational Consultant. I was also privileged to serve as Wellness Nurse for nine years at International Youth Of Unity Conference at Unity Village. I was invited to join the NW Unity Youth Services Team as the Uniteen representative and now as the Uniteen Consultant I continue to serve. The NW Youth Service Team is a circle of Youth Ministry employees and volunteers representing all levels of Youth Ministry service within the NW Region. We plan the yearly Youth Team Conference, meeting twice a year to Listen and Speak in Circle in service to the NW Region Youth Services.

During my twenty-five years with Unity I earned a BA with a focus on “Interdisciplinary Exploration of Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Trust as related to an Outcome of Transformation”  relating to my work with families and the 11-14 year olds I serve in Uniteen Ministry.  I have received the Unity Distinguished Youth Service Award and participated in writing three Uniteen Living curriculum books for the Association of Unity Churches.

I am grateful for all my connections with the youth and the big people who serve them.
