The YOU Reunion is a 3-day event to connect with our YOU community. During this lock-in, we will participate in meaningful workshops, quality bonding time, and go on a community bonding trip. Food will be provided, as well as allergy free options. This event is for current YOUers, not YOU Alumni.

To attend the event, Participants must participate for the whole of the event, be between the ages of 14-18 or be in 9th-12th grade, be an active member in their YOU group or Unity Ministry and have demonstrated maturity, self-discipline & self-responsibility.
Any adult sponsors or participants must submit background checks, along with registration.
All participants must submit and medical / liability release form and signed the Heart Agreements to participate in this event.
Arrival and departure: participants are expected to arrive from 2-5 pm on Friday, February 21 and leave after the closing circle at ~12:30 pm on Sunday, February 23.
All participants must travel with a ministry approved adult 25 years or older. The event will not cover travel expenses, unless otherwise specified.
Expenses: In order to provide meals for everyone, as well as transportation and admittance to the Elevated sportz Trampoline park and event center. There will be a $125 registration fee for those who register before January 14, and $150 for those who submit after. Checks should be addressed to Stacie Baley of Unity In Lynnwood with YOU Reunion in the memo line. If you wish to pay electronically, contact Stacy Baley at the email above. Full refunds are available until January 14th, after which refunds will be $75. If you feel a full refund is justified, contact Stacie Bailey.

Electronic devices are to be put, and left, on silent for the duration of the event. Only used during excused times, and while outside of the church campus. - If you require an electronic device for personal, medical or other health related reasons, please talk with a Sponsor about usage.
Participants are required to sign the Elevated Sportz safety waiver to participate in the trip. If the waiver is not signed, the YOUer / Sponsor will not be able to participate at the park.
Spirit share is an activity where participants are granted an opportunity to put their unique talents on display. If props are needed, fill out the spirit share forms attached.
All organized activities are to be attended by all participants, as the goal of this event is to connect and bond with each other.
Participants will remain on Church premisies through the weekend, except for the group trip to Elevated sports. Boundaries will be made clear at the event.
Meals will be provided for all participants, but if participants have any special dietary needs (specific allergies, dietary restrictions, etc.) there is a high likelihood we can provide a suitable alternative. However, if participants have very specialized needs you may bring your own food.
Bring:
- Clothing for both indoor and outdoors
- Bedding (sleeping bags, pillows, sleepwear, etc.)
- Semi-formal banquet wear
- Props for spirit sharing (if wanted)
- Personal care items (Toothbrush, hand sanitizer, deodorant, etc.)
- Recreational supplies (board games, etc.) please note that any electronic game devices are not permitted.
- Spending money for the trip to the Trampoline park (optional)
