Self-Care SEE Class offered by Unity of Olympia
March 6, 13 & 20, 10:00am-2:30pm
Audrey Pitchford, LUT
Self-Care is about making choices that reflect a consciousness of well-being. As we become aware of the care of our mind, body and spirit, we discover that when we are our best self, we make contributions to our family, our communities and our world with ease and grace. This course will provide guidelines and action plans for instilling practices of self-care in the areas of awareness, mindfulness, setting boundaries, letting go, forgiveness and self-love. The class will be both reflective and interactive building self- awareness and sharing what works in applying self-care practices into daily life as well as identifying how to use this foundation in times of stress and chaos.
This class will be 10 hours long in total and available for SEE credit. (All three classes must be taken in full to receive credit.) The cost is $75 and may be paid via the donation page on the Olympia Unity website. For those seeking SEE credit, an additional $45 will also need to be paid to UWSI.

Northwest Next Generation Unity
Hello Unity Community! Northwest Next Generation Unity is a group of adults ages 18 to 25 years-old who align with Unity principles. As a regional community, we learn and practice how spirituality works in our everyday lives.
Currently, we are meeting on Zoom on the first and third Sundays of every month from 6pm until 8pm Pacific Time. Through our bi-monthly meetings, there is time to both grow spiritually as well as make deeper connections. To find out more, you can email nwnextgenerationunity@gmail.com or you can find us on social media through the following link: https://linktr.ee/northwestngu.
RELATIONSHIPS – RELATIONSHIPS – RELATIONSHIPS
The single most important piece for EVERYONE during this pandemic is RELATIONSHIPS.
Before pandemic the Regions Uniteens had camp/retreats twice a year
AND relationships by meeting at church.
NOW we have VIRTUAL RETREATS FOR UNITEENS.
We WANT TO FIND OUR UNITEENS!!
AND CONTINUE TO SERVE THEIR SPIRITUAL GROWTH!!
Do you have a child, grandchild, neighbor 11, 12, 13, 14 years old? Are You in Middle School?
We need your help to reach out to our Uniteen population. The Region’s intent is to INCREASE OUR CONNECTIONS with Uniteens. For this we need contact information…this could be the family or youth email, text, social media platform even a US Post Office mailing address! What communication medium would reach your Uniteen?
Our Uniteen community is a place where you are accepted for exactly who you are, a place where we respect each other as Divine Expression of the One. Trust Culture, Respect and Challenge-by-Choice are the three principles that carry forth the five principles and Twelve Powers taught within Unity.
The Northwest Uniteen Community is being called to meet virtually for connection, fun, and discussion based in movie clips. Please take an action to support us in reaching out to our youth.
My name is Chris Castaldi, Uniteen Coordinator for the Northwest Region of Unity. Before churches, schools and camps can reopen we desire time to be together.
We had a Virtual June and November Unitreat in 2020 and most predictions have us virtual in June 2021 also. This is a time of Transformation, looking within and all around to be present with all the connections that are present, the communities of Love, Power and Presence in our world.
We will meet every month online watching parts of a movie, having discussion, and sharing snacks, fun and our friendship.
Our first January movie is the 2015 release Inside- Out.
We will meet Saturday night January 9, 2021, 7-9PM. Have your favorite snack. Register by following the links on the Uniteen webpage at https://unitynwregion.org/ or https://unitynwregion.org/page-18194 which takes you directly to the Uniteen page.
Registration is necessary so we can send you the link to our meeting site, Zoom.
Thank you for supporting our Region’s Uniteens. Thank you for knowing that caring and respectful You are invited to:

Hello friends,
Your Unity NW Regional Music Connection team has another treat for you--original and classic Christmas songs from 5 of our ministries.
CLICK HERE to access them. We invite you to use them for your Christmas Eve services, on Sundays for the season, or in any way that draws your Unity community closer. It is such a joy for us to share this gift with you and to know that we are supporting our local Unity musicians in creating and performing beautiful music! As with the gratitude songs last month, these songs are sponsored by a gift to the region from Unity Community of Central Oregon. If you love this music and find it a blessing to your ministry, we invite you to keep the circle of music going by donating to the Music Connection Fund.
May your hearts be warm this season and may this music fill your hearts!

In late October, our Unity Worldwide EarthCare team member, Beth Remmes, offered a beautiful online workshop called Active Hope.
Based on "The Work That Reconnects," Active Hope is an interactive workshop based on over four decades of community work with thousands of people around the world. IT provides an opportunity to express our gratitude and grief and move into a deeper understanding of how we can work towards a more sustainable, just, and peaceful world where all beings can thrive.
The live workshop had a great turnout and we will be posting a recording replay of the event on our Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/UnityEarthCare.
