  Hello Unity Community! Northwest Next Generation Unity is a group of adults ages 18 to 25 years-old who align with Unity principles. As a regional community, we learn and practice how spirituality works in our everyday lives.

  Currently, we are meeting on Zoom on the first and third Sundays of every month from 6pm until 8pm Pacific Time. Through our bi-monthly meetings, there is time to both grow spiritually as well as make deeper connections.   Self-Care SEE Class offered by Unity of Olympia March 6, 13 & 20, 10:30am-2:30pm Audrey Pitchford, LUT Self-Care is about making choices that reflect a consciousness of well-being. As we become aware of the care of our mind, body and spirit, we discover that when we are our best self, we make contributions to our family, our communities and our world with ease and grace. This course will provide guidelines and action plans for instilling practices of self-care in the areas of awareness, mindfulness, setting boundaries, letting go, forgiveness and self-love. The class will be both reflective and interactive building self- awareness and sharing what works in applying self-care practices into daily life as well as identifying how to use this foundation in times of stress and chaos. This class will be 10 hours long in total and available for SEE credit. (All three classes must be taken in full to receive credit.) The cost is $75 and may be paid via the donation page on the Olympia Unity website. For those seeking SEE credit, an additional $45 will also need to be paid to UWSI. • YOU Rally "Sanctificati Sumus: We Are Sanctuary"

  YOU Rally is a 3-day communion with Spirit. Daily activities include large group workshops, small group discussions, singing, meditation, prayer and vespers. This event will take place via Zoom meetings.

  ELIGIBILITY age requirement to attend: YOUers must be at least 14 years old [or in ninth grade] & no more than 18 years old [or high school senior] exceptions for regional officers.

  Participants will attend as much of the weekend experience as possible. They are active members in their YOU group who have demonstrated maturity, self-discipline & self-responsibility. Rally is for people who have a sincere desire to learn more about Truth and are willing and able to contribute by actively participating in Rally activities. It is recommended that those attending Rally have attended at least 4 chapter meetings in the last 3 months.
